Venu Nagavally, the man who as a director gave us films like 'Sukhamo Devi', 'Sarvakalasa', 'Lal Salaam', 'Kalipattom', 'Aayirappara' etc and who has scripted many hits including 'Kilukkam', is also a well-known actor. It's after a long gap of about a decade, that Venu Nagavally directs a movie. Earlier titled 'Suhruththu', the film is now set for release as 'Bhaarya Swantham Suhriththu'.

Kariyaachan had been in the Gulf for many years. Now that he is back, he has constructed a big house in town and lives there along with his wife Moly and daughter Teena. He starts a finance company too. Kariyaachan gradually becomes well-known in town. He loves his family and is a God-fearing person.
